About Alegra Estates
Alegra Estates is a real estate agents in Estepona, founded in 2006 by husband and wife, Mark and Joy, after they decided to leave behind the busy city life of London and make the move to Estepona with their children. In 2019, they renamed the business to Alegra Estates, after the birth of their first granddaughter, Daisy Alegra Browne.
The name Alegra is of Latin origin and means ‘cheerful’ or ‘happy’, words that well describe the Spanish lifestyle and everything it has to offer.
At Alegra, we like to keep everything in-house. This allows us to provide the best possible service, ensuring client satisfaction and giving our clients peace of mind knowing we take care of everything ourselves.
Due to our shared network of properties with other agents along the Coast, we are also able to offer our clients as much choice as possible, with an abundance of houses for sale in Estepona and the Costa del Sol, allowing them to use the services of just one trusted agent and in turn, making the buying process that much simpler and more enjoyable.
With a well-established network of contacts in the community, we don’t just offer traditional buying and selling services, but are able to guide our clients with fiscal and legal services, property management, area knowledge, schooling advice, interior design and local tradesmen. Joy has more than 20 years of experience in administration and rental management, starting off in banking giant Morgan Stanley as a personal assistant to the Chairman. After moving to the Coast, she began building a portfolio of rentals and now manages multiple holiday and investment homes in and around the Estepona area.
