ESTEPONA AND CANCELADA

Estepona

Estepona is known as “the Garden of the Costa del Sol”, due to the streets and squares being decorated and framed by a large number of incredible flowers. Over the past few years, Estepona has been able to maintain its traditional atmosphere while still opening itself up to new developments and modern residential complexes.

Although Estepona prices have risen in the past few years due to its growing popularity with both locals and expats, it still offers excellent value for money in comparison with its glamorous neighbours. It now offers a variety of properties from large independent villas, country homes, townhouses, apartments and penthouses.

The Estepona area also has a great selection of private and public education for children from the ages of four months to 18 years, as well as multiple medical facilities and hospitals.
