All properties are listed on our website, Holiday Lettings, Trip Advisor, Booking.com and AirBnB for only 35€ a month. This includes an online check in where renters have to upload their passport details for security.

Picking up keys has never been easier, or safer! All keys are left in a convenient, secure location so renters can pick them up any time of the day.

24/7 communication and support

Alegra offers a personable and reliable service, both to renters and owners. Our rental manager will be in contact before arrivals to ensure renters have all the necessary information and details, ensuring a stress-free experience.

Cleaning and laundry

We work with fantastic cleaners who are scheduled in between renters and will handle all laundry. They help us to check your property and let us know if anything has been damaged or needs attention.

Maintenance

Alegra has an in-house maintenance man who is always on-hand to address any issues. With years of experience on the Coast, he also has reliable contacts in the area to handle any problems regarding electrics, air conditioning and plumbing.

Damage deposit

To help give our clients peace of mind, we require a 200€ refundable damage deposit from the renter. Depending on the type and size of property, this deposit may be more.

Reasonable commission structure

We charge 17.5% commission plus 21% IVA. This percentage is incredibly reasonable compared to many other agencies on the Coast who charge up to 25% plus IVA.
